This single Privacy Policy applies to the apps and services operated by Anytime Travels, including:

• Anytime Travels user or rider app, used by customers to book and manage rides.
• Anytime Travels driver app, used by drivers or driver partners to receive bookings and provide rides.
• Anytime Travels website, support channels, and related booking services.

Information We Collect

We may collect information needed to provide ride booking, driver operations, safety, payment, and support services.

Information Collected from Riders

• Name, mobile number, email address, and account details.
• Pickup location, drop location, trip route, booking time, ride status, and ride history.
• Approximate or precise location when required for pickup, tracking, safety, and navigation features.
• Payment status, transaction references, invoices, refunds, and billing details. We do not store full card details.
• Device information, app version, crash logs, diagnostics, and usage information used to improve security and performance.
• Support messages, feedback, complaints, and communication records.

Information Collected from Driver Partners

Driver partners go through document verification before onboarding. We may collect and verify additional information from driver partners, including:

• Name, mobile number, email address, profile photo, account details, and login information.
• Identity and KYC details such as Aadhaar details, PAN details, date of birth, address, and other information required for verification and onboarding.
• Driver documents such as driving license, profile photo, and verification documents submitted during onboarding.
• Vehicle documents such as vehicle registration certificate, vehicle number, vehicle model, insurance, permit, fitness certificate, pollution certificate, and other vehicle-related records where required.
• Live or background location while the driver app is active, online, on duty, assigned to a ride, or completing a trip, where permitted by device settings and applicable law.
• Ride assignment details, accepted rides, completed rides, cancelled rides, route details, ratings, incentives, commissions, and service performance information.
• Payment and payout details such as bank account or UPI information, payout history, tax-related records, invoices, and transaction references.
• Device information, app version, crash logs, diagnostics, fraud prevention signals, and support communications.

How We Use Information

• To create and manage user and driver partner accounts.
• To book rides, assign drivers, calculate fares, provide invoices, manage payouts, and complete trips.
• To show ride status, driver details, live tracking, and safety-related trip information.
• To verify driver partner identity, Aadhaar/PAN details, driving eligibility, vehicle information, vehicle documents, and service availability before onboarding.
• To process payments, refunds, driver payouts, customer support requests, and service notifications.
• To prevent fraud, improve app reliability, investigate disputes or safety incidents, enforce platform rules, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing of Information

We only share information when required to operate the service, comply with law, or protect users. This may include sharing relevant rider trip details with drivers, driver and vehicle details with riders, and necessary information with payment service providers, payout providers, map/navigation providers, verification partners, support tools, analytics or crash reporting providers, and legal authorities where required.

Location Data

For riders, location data is used for pickup selection, destination selection, fare estimation, live trip tracking, driver assignment, and safety features. For drivers, location data is used to show availability, match nearby ride requests, navigate to pickup and drop locations, track active trips, calculate distance, support safety features, and verify trip completion. Some location features may not work correctly if location permission is disabled.

Payments and Driver Payouts

We may process payment status, invoices, refunds, commissions, driver payout records, tax-related records, and transaction references. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment partners. We do not store full card details.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. No digital service can guarantee complete security, but we work to keep user data protected.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain user data only as long as needed for service delivery, dispute resolution, safety, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal, and regulatory purposes. Driver partner KYC, Aadhaar/PAN references, vehicle documents, payout records, trip records, and verification history may be retained where required for onboarding records, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, tax, legal, safety, or regulatory purposes. When you request account deletion, we delete or anonymize account data and associated personal data unless retention is required for legitimate legal, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory reasons.

Account Deletion

Riders and drivers can request deletion of their Anytime Travels account and associated data through our account deletion page: Delete Account. You may also contact us using the privacy contact below. Driver accounts may require additional verification before deletion because of trips, payouts, safety records, documents, tax records, dispute records, or legal compliance requirements.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
