What Will Be Deleted

Rider account profile information and saved personal details linked to the rider account.
Driver partner account profile information and driver app access details.
Driver partner KYC details such as Aadhaar details, PAN details, driving license details, vehicle documents, payout details, and verification details where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.
Ride history, booking data, and driver trip records that are not required for legal, safety, payment, dispute, tax, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes.
Support records that are not required for ongoing issue resolution or legal compliance.

Data We May Need to Retain

Some user or driver partner records may be retained for legitimate reasons such as safety, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, driver payouts, invoices, tax compliance, dispute handling, accident or incident review, Aadhaar/PAN or document verification history, onboarding records, or legal requirements. Where retained, the data will be limited to what is necessary and protected according to our Privacy Policy.

Processing Time

We aim to verify and process deletion requests within 30 days. If additional verification is needed, we may contact you using your registered contact details.

In-App Deletion Path

If account deletion is available in the Anytime Travels user app or driver app, you can also start deletion from the app account/settings section. This web page is provided so users and driver partners can request deletion even if they no longer have the app installed.
